We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $40! This offer is valid only for shipments within the continental United States. 

Where do we ship?

We ship to the 50 US states and all US territories. 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order.  Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Years Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships from our Fulfillment center you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

How are damages and missing packages handled?

Once an order has left our fulfillment center, it is in the care of our shipping carrier. We are not liable for any errors made by the shipping provider. Any damage caused during shipping must be directed to the service provider’s customer service department. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.  Once the claim number is received please reach out to info@epiclightbeauty.com with the claim details and we will replace the damaged or stolen product.
