Returns/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your EpicLight Beauty order, you can return your products within 14 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund or exchange.  

Please contact us at info@epiclightbeauty.com with the following information:

• Order Number
• The product(s) and reason(s) for return
• If you would like a refund or exchange 

We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange.  

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return. Refunds will be issued back to the payment of method used.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can initiate a return.
